Get more active at the Y!

You want to get more active and we can help. Whatever your age or stage, there's a Y health and fitness program to help you and your family achieve your health and fitness goals!

A Y membership is not required to register for Y programs, however, a Y membership includes:

  • Unlimited drop-in programs, including open swim, open gym, and youth nights.
  • Two registered programs per session (one can be a swim lesson).
  • Priority registration for programs (e.g. martial arts, youth conditioning, Y Kids Academy).
  • Discount on Y Summer Camps and PA Day/Holiday Camps.

From children's sports programs, to basketball, yoga, weight training, and group fitness classes — the Y has something for every member of your family to stay healthy and active!

Whether you want to join a program as a family, or encourage kids and youth to explore on their own, the Y has something for every member of your family to stay healthy and active!

Y programs are designed for every age and stage. Check out everything from our child Y Active Play program, to basketball, yoga, martial arts, weight training, group fitness classes, and more.

Programs for Adults

Y programs for adults are designed to help you stay active while building skills and making connections. Take part in a game of basketball, learn some dance moves, or try your hand at pickleball!

No matter what your fitness level is, the Y has health and fitness programs to help you achieve your goals.

Programs for Seniors

The Y offers a variety of wellness classes geared towards our senior members! From Aqua fit, to Tai Chi, pickleball, yoga or dance, there's something new to explore.

Our Young at Heart and Heart Wise group fitness classes provide a more gentle workout for older adults. Choose from cardio, strength, and aqua class options!

Group Fitness Classes

From beginner level, to high-intensity training, our group fitness classes will help you feel a part of the Y community while working towards your fitness goals! Taking part in group fitness classes is a great way to have fun and keep fit.

Every Y membership includes unlimited group fitness classes that can be booked up to one week in advance, but you must be registered.
