Accessing your online account
We have recently moved to a new registration system. Please read below to learn more about how to activate/set up your account.
- For your first time accessing our new system, you must have your online account activated by one of our staff at the Membership Desk. This can be done in person or over the phone.
- We have migrated your personal information over to our new system, but require you to visit us in person to transfer payment details.
- Once you are set up, you can log into the client portal to manage your account and register for classes.
- Non-members who have participated in Y classes or programs within the last 3 years: You are already in our online system. Please contact our Membership team to activate your account so you can register/book online.
- Once you are set up, you can log into the client portal to manage your account and register for classes.
- Non-members who have not participated in Y classes or programs within the last 3 years: You can create an account online via our client portal.
